Overview

Landmark Senior Living Communities seeks a Full Time Regional Community Sales and Relations Manager for communities located at West Springfield, MA and Fall River, MA. The candidate would preferably live in the greater Springfield area. The role is to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and the community, host community events, helps manage the lead database and generate leads. If you are driven and can work independently yet collaboratively, we'd like to hear from you.  Compensation includes a generous base salary and commissions. Landmark Senior Living Communities owns and operates 5 Assisted Living Communities in Massachusetts, New Mexico and Wisconsin. Responsibilities

  • Analyzes the professional market; identifies, profiles and prioritizes potential referral sourcess that can meet growth goals
  • Develops strong relationships with community and professional organizations to create a consistent network that will generate the necessary inquires
  • Meets goals for required activities and company sales standards
  • Educates referrals source contacts and inquires on company services
  • Responds to inquires and consults with prospects about how company services can addres their needs and expectations in order to engage them as clients
  • Creates, markets and implements engaging events for the public and referral sources

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in customer service, administrative or Sales Position
  • Prior experience in Senior Care (Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health Care or Skilled Nursing) is strongly preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's in Marketing or Similar field is preferred
  • Candidate must have positive,team-first attitude with high energy and confidence
