Landmark Senior Living Communities, an owner/operator of Assisted Living properties, is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all aspects of managing its Memory and Traditional Care building in Boston, MA. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
Executive Director Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional leadership in a safe, home-like atmosphere where a resident’s quality of life can be maintained through a supportive environment that fosters and encourages their independence. The ideal candidate will have high energy and the desire to continue the success established through nearly two decades of growth.
Executive Director Job Duties:
Overall operations of the facility including achieving and/or maintaining a profitable operation through revenue and expense goals that have been established by the Corporate Office
Executive Director Qualifications:
